Our boys performed successfully at the international student tournament in Sochi. Nikita Padun, Ilya Sidorenko, Ilya Baranov and Ilya Alekseev became ISBC 2024 champions.
At the group stage, Runa-MGAFK took victories over Humo Basket (21:11) from Uzbekistan and KOKOPO (22:5) from Tajikistan. In the quarter finals, the guys from Moscow beat AltaiBasket - AltGPU with a score of 21:13.
In the semi-finals, our team defeated the Yntymak team (19:16) from Kyrgyzstan. in the decisive game they defeated the Belarusian BeST (21:18) and became the winner of the tournament.
Ilya Sidorenko was awarded the ISBC 2024 Most Valuable Player.
