Our team successfully completed the 18th tandem in the VTB United Youth League. The Vikings beat Samara-2 twice in Moscow.
In the first game of the tandem, on February 28, Runa-2 beat Samara-2 with a score of 90:66. Egor Vanin scored a double-double – 14 points and 11 rebounds. Zakhar Lavrenov also scored 14 points and made 6 rebounds. Alexandr Konotop and Vasily Noskov scored 13 and 11 points, respectively.
In the second game of the tandem, on February 29, our team took another confident win over Samara-2 – 85:70. Vasiliy Noskov scored 20 points and became the most productive player of the match. Ilya Krivykh’s performance was 18 points, 11 rebounds and 3 steals. Egor Vanin scored 15 points and 7 rebounds.
The next tandem in the VTB United Youth League for Runa-2 will take place on March 3-4. Our team will host Avtodor-2.
