"Runa" continues to perform well in the "Final Six" of the Berlin Cup, which is held in Kazan.
Today our team defeated Vologda-Chevakata (72:51) in the semifinals of the tournament.
Kristina Bakayeva finished the game with 15 points, 8 rebounds, 5 steals and 2 assists. Yulia Savukova added 13 points and 4 rebounds, Eleonora Oleinikova added 11 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists.
In the final of the D.Y. Berlin Cup Runa will play with the winner of the pair Peresvet-YFU - Spartak (Noginsk). The match will take place tomorrow and will start at 18:00 Moscow time.
In addition, thanks to the victory over "Vologda Chevakata" our girls have secured their way out of the 1/8 finals of the Cup of Russia. There they will meet with one of the participants of the Premier League.
